Basin Powered Dispatch is dispatch software for trucking and field-service companies, operated by Millennia Media LLC ("we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect when dispatch companies, their drivers and their customers use Basin Powered Dispatch, and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Account details: name, email, mobile number, company and role.
- Driver details: truck, endorsements, uploaded documents (like a CDL or medical card) and their expiration dates, duty status and status history.
- Location: a driver's location when they share it in the app (for example when they tap "On my way" or "I'm here", or while heading back to the yard with the app open), used to show dispatch where trucks are and estimate arrival times.
- Job records: orders, run tickets, photos, safety forms and signatures.
- Messages: texts, emails and app notifications we send or receive for a job, and replies like YES or NO.
How we use it
We use it only to run the service: sending job offers and job updates, dispatching trucks, keeping the records the dispatch company and its customers need, account security, support, and improving Basin Powered Dispatch. We don't sell personal information.
Mobile numbers and text messages
We do not sell, rent or share mobile numbers or text-message opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile numbers are used only to send the job-related texts the person agreed to receive.
We don't share text messaging consent with anyone else. A number goes to the mobile carrier and our messaging provider only so a message can be delivered. See our text message terms for how to opt out.
Who we share with
- The dispatch company you work with or order from. For example, an operator sees run tickets and truck locations for its own orders.
- Service providers who help us run Basin Powered Dispatch: hosting and database, text and email delivery, and maps. They may only use the data to provide their service to us.
- When the law requires it, or to protect people's safety.
How long we keep it
For as long as the dispatch company's account is active, or as long as we need it to meet legal or record-keeping obligations. A dispatch company can ask us to remove its data when it leaves.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit. Access is limited by role: a driver only sees their own jobs, and a customer only sees its own orders. Uploaded documents are stored as private files.
Your choices
- Reply STOP to any Basin Powered Dispatch text to stop texts, or turn job texts off in the driver app settings.
- Turn off app notifications on your phone at any time.
- Ask the dispatch company you work with, or us, to see, correct or remove your information.
